Toastmasters Outbound Training
Dear all,
I have an idea about our program outbound training like this:
We go out of town in the afternoonIn the evening we make kind of seminar
with topic is entrepreneurship.
The speaker will be senior members of Toastmaster with a certain topic
The purpose of the seminar is to provide opportunity for members to practice their speaking skills in seminar style. To give an idea and motivation to participants about alternative jobs.
In the morning we make a team work game like:
every group have to collect all vegetable and fruits in a limited time but they cannot buy it.
the biggest number can collect in time frame will be the winner.
Maybe we can also provide barbeque in a small party.
Lets think about this and give more idea to make it enjoyable for every one.
Have a nice day,
Sukiman Saragih
