As we reach the final quarter of our term, we are about to face another critical requirement having to get the CLUBs to renew their Apr09 dues on time.
Under the circumstances, may I COUNT UPON your support to give a ring to the CLUBs in your AREA to renew a minimum of 90% membership before 31 MAR 2009?
Also pls note that every guest who joins as a new member in a Toastmasters CLUB in MAR 2009 will be given a Toastmasters International Pin or a DISTRICT 51 Pin.
Just imagine how cherished and delighted would these new members be to receive such a PIN upon joining the CLUB.
Pls make that difference in their lives.
Please use all your leadership skills, ingredients of Moments of Truth and of all, the communication skills we have developed in Toastmasters to walk the little extra mile contacting the CLUB officers by this week to give them a gentle reminder on the urgent need to renew the dues by 31Mar09 while encouraging new recruitment in the month of Mar09.
I am sure you CAN DO IT! PLEASE HELP DO IT !
In light of the current economic conditions, it may be a challenge in some CLUBs for which we MAY HAVE TO put in a little more effort to convince them to weigh the ultimate benefits of Toastmasters in comparison to the little cost it attracts. Pls impress upon them on the NEED of Toastmasters to weather the current workplace challenges. Moreso when such a skill can eventually make us stand up and out, as a preferred choice of candidate at all occasions.
The ball is in our court to ensure continued survival of the CLUBs by timely renewals while simultaneously encouraging injection of the much needed fresh blood of new members.
PLEASE MAKE THE CRUCIAL CONTACT ASAP while keeping me posted on the progress of challenging clubs, if any, for me to ring them personally.
LET US COLLECTIVELY DO IT !
Thanking you from the bottom of my heart for your deep COURAGE TO CONQUER the challenges in executing the above.
Countdown begins with 21 days left for 31 MAR 2009!
Humbly Yours
